Shipping
- Shipping is free on all orders.
- Orders are processed within 1β3 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 5β10 business days in the US and 7β14 business days in Canada.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- π Order by December 10 for the best chance of Christmas delivery. Orders placed later may arrive after Christmas.
Damaged or defective items
If your curtain arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
