1. Overview

This website, merryspark.store, is operated by MerrySpark ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors, brightness and display effects may look slightly different in real life than on your screen or in our videos. Some of our marketing videos and images are digitally created to illustrate how the product can be used and may not show exact real-life results.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or if an item is unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Product use and safety

Please follow the instructions included with the product. The LED curtain is splash-resistant but the USB controller and power plug must be kept dry. Don't modify the product, and don't use damaged cables. We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or using the product in a way it wasn't designed for.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the MerrySpark name, logo, text, images and videos, belongs to MerrySpark or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MerrySpark is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your own province, state or country.
